So what,s the big deal about cad, Well it all boils down to automation is the top and bottom of it, We are now competing with emerging nations and that will not stop any time soon. We must start to embrace technology at a far greater rate and more to the point do it with passion. There will be many waving diplomas around and i am afraid that many are facing a life on social security, and i do not care what anyone says about the economy picking up. I have said it before i know, but i remember the last time we had this glut of diploma waving lot they ended up being street cleaners, Now if you have just graduated you must of at least shown the capacity to learn and store knowledge so get re trained as quick as you can  it saddens me to say it but seen it all before if you have taken some kind of social science degree well it is the social security for you, Well 90% of you. Try and think why i am bumping my gums on the subject i am not getting paid to do it. As i said i have seen it before and that was in normal times not in the grip of a recession i firmly believe that the respective western governments are already adding up the numbers of how many permanent jobless  there will be after the dust settles and if you do not fight back it will be your loss. I have no proof of this but looks to me like that is how it is going to be, no doubt the civil service in the uk will be burning the midnight oil on the sums and the axe will be coming down soon.  On the bright side every thing is in place infrastructure wise for you to have a crack at making it to the top.
