Ok on the front page is a dedication to mike reynolds a brilliant engineer and a first class human being "not many about" Mike was a time served draughtsman and was responsible for all design matters, he drove an irokz "international race of champions" big yank motor he lived in a huge house and went to las vegas for holidays fairly often so a clever bloke he was also the most generous man i ever met and i still miss him, Ok he if he was a chick that left me i could understand it but never thought i would miss a bloke, Anyway he was not what you would call a brilliant business man but he could make up for that with some engineering genius. Fast forward 18 years to last year mike ended his life living in a canteen and penniless myself and another of mikes friends mick priestly used to go see him nearly every sunday, Me latterly as i did not know of the situation he had got himself in he was doing odd jobs to keep body and soul together, I must confess i was not totally surprised but could not conceive how he could of gone so low, Do not get me wrong he had not turned into an alcoholic  or was doing drugs he was just beaten. Now i know we have all heard these stories and the usual punch line at the end is send me three thousand quid to put it all right "NOT THIS TIME" all i want to get off my chest is this, if a man so clever so good and so decent can not make it you lot have not got a chance. Ok said it and this is why i am bumping my gums not just about cad but computers in general hindsight is a wonderful thing but looking back we could of run the whole factory on a laptop including the design and accounts and everything else so that is why i have done all the typing so maybe one person reads it and says to themselves well the guy must be seriously trying to tell us something. So why am i telling you well i do not sell turbocad or any sort of cad for that matter so feel free to try what you like if you do make anything at all you must look at some sort of cad program. It was not apparent to me what use it would of been to me the only item we ever owned was a six head profile cutter but we still had to draw everything in indian ink, Well at the time that was like rocket science to us. Why now well once you start a busines it is very hard to start implementing new technology and computers and stuff "i am talking about small time charlies"  not general electric.
